DPM Prak Sokhonn Sets Strategic Vision for Senior Diplomats Amid Global Volatility

PHNOM PENH — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, presided over the closing ceremony of a professional capacity-building course for senior diplomats on July 31, 2026. Organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), the session convened 121 senior officials and 45 heads of Cambodian missions abroad via videoconference to refine the nation’s diplomatic posture.

During the event, the Deputy Prime Minister commended NIDIR for its commitment to human capital development, emphasizing that such training is vital for officials prior to their overseas deployments.
